In March of 2017 she decided to get her real estate salesperson license. She saw a service that was lacking in the local area and wanted to offer help to as many people as she could during the stressful process of purchasing and selling property. This also gave her the opportunity to show people the beauty of Eastern Montana, because Montana has her heart and always will. 

In June of 2023, Braylea decided to take her career to the next step and got her Broker's license. This was a huge accomplishment, and now has lead to her opening up her own brokerage company of Rieger Realty. This gives her the ability to be self-sufficient and offer the best services to her clients! She is thrilled to be taking on owning her own company while still offering the same great services she has for many years. 

Braylea is very active in the Baker and surrounding communities. She volunteers whenever she can, while still keeping up with her 3 kids and husband's activities. When she is not working she is chasing her kids and traveling to soccer, football, baseball, and basketball games to support her kids and the community. Braylea and her family also have many hobbies they enjoy and try to fit in as much as they can, such as gardening, golfing, fishing, hunting, traveling, baking, snowmobiling, skiing, and so much more! Braylea has a very active lifestyle and is very family oriented but always has time to talk with her clients about their needs. If you work with Braylea she considers you apart of her family and will still regularly chat with you if she sees you in the community. She likes to keep the small town feel alive and is welcoming to everyone! 

Growing up in the rural community of Baker, Braylea knows all the insides and outs of the land and peaceful small towns around. She built this company so she could continue to offer the community professional Real Estate resources that they never had access to.
